Ronald Clark

Over the last 20 years, Ronald has advised senior executives on investor relations and corporate financial matters and counseled public equity investors on their investment decisions in the Consumer, Technology and Media sectors with a focus on small- and mid-cap companies.
Ronald has extensive investor relations leadership experience, having led the IR teams at several consumer technology companies through critical events, including building out the IR function for a recent IPO, reframing companies’ investment narratives during major crises, defending companies against activist investors, and executing strategies to drive stakeholder engagement.
Ronald began his career as an equity analyst, serving as a Senior Research Analyst at Alliance Bernstein and covering global Consumer and Media companies at J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse, respectively.
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management. Ronald serves as Board Chair of the Cathedral School for Boys in San Francisco.
