Bob Jones

Bob has over thirty years of experience in providing equity capital markets advice to C-suite and Board members across all phases of the corporate lifecycle. He has been a trusted strategic advisor to executive management teams from pre-public and public companies to create and execute financial communications programs that enhance shareholder value and management reputation. He has substantial in-house and consulting experience providing strategic communications counsel on investor relations related issues, including corporate positioning, transactions, investment community engagement and crisis management. Bob served as Partner and CEO of Morgen-Walke Associates, a large financial advisory communications firm in the US. He also created and led the investor relations position at Monster.com, a digital recruitment pioneer, and was the Company’s chief spokesperson and a member of the Executive Committee. Bob started his career as a researcher in the Market Development division at the American Stock Exchange.

Bob is a native New Yorker and earned his MBA from Pace University - Lubin School of Business and a BA in Marketing Management from Baruch College, CUNY. He is active in local charity and civic causes and is a member of the Board of Directors of Alpine Learning Group, a leading non-profit special education school serving individuals with autism.
